Hours and Pay

Pay Rate: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Duration: 6-month contract

Location: On-site in Cockeysville, MD

Daily Responsibilities

Prepare

customer‑facing reports , including contract deliverables, test reports, and technical documentation

Coordinate with Proposal Managers to ensure

timely, compliant, and high‑quality proposal submissions

Collaborate with Program Managers, Manufacturing Engineers, and R&D Scientists to develop

presentations for design and project reviews

Write and maintain

work instructions and process specifications

for production and test environments

Develop

journal papers and conference presentations

to support technical initiatives

Assist in creating

white papers and proposals

across multiple business segments

Ensure all documentation aligns with

contract requirements and compliance standards

Requirements

Strong experience in

technical writing and documentation development

Knowledge of

ISO and AS9100 compliance standards

Familiarity with

configuration management, CDRL, SDRL, and contract requirements

Proficiency with

Microsoft Office (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe Acrobat

Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with

engineering, manufacturing, and program teams

Excellent organizational, communication, and detail‑oriented skills

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in

defense or space industry environments

Proven ability to support

proposal development and technical documentation for complex programs
