Position: Senior Marketing Communications Specialist

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $31 to $39/hour (Depending on experience)

Experience: 5 years of experience in marketing communications, campaign marketing, or integrated marketing

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Type: Full-time; Temp to Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Senior Marketing Communications Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

Develop and lead external messaging frameworks, value propositions, and campaign narratives

Translate business priorities into clear, audience-focused messaging

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns such as open enrollment and product launches

Develop content calendars, creative briefs, and campaign plans

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and agencies

Oversee messaging across email, web, social media, digital advertising, and print channels

Support press releases, media materials, and partner communications

Track and analyze campaign performance and apply insights to improve future initiatives

Support marketing events and cross-functional projects as needed

Position Requirements

Strong writing and editing skills across multiple formats

Experience managing projects, timelines, and cross-functional teams

Familiarity with brand management and audience segmentation

Experience with social media platforms and marketing tools

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Portfolio of writing or campaign work required
