Rate: $30.00–$37.50/hr (W2)

Job Description

Our client seeks a part‑time contract Graphic Designer to support marketing initiatives across multiple business lines. The role will create and update digital and print collateral, support campaigns, and handle website and marketing platform updates. Experience with HubSpot and WordPress is valuable. The engagement will start with low weekly hours and may ramp based on need.

Responsibilities

Design and produce marketing collateral and digital assets for campaigns and initiatives.

Support website updates and content publishing, including edits and new pages.

Create graphics and content for email, social, and digital marketing.

Collaborate with a five‑person marketing team across four business lines.

Deliver quick‑turn creative that aligns with brand guidelines.

Manage multiple requests and prioritize work based on stakeholder needs.

Experience Requirements

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer supporting marketing teams.

Proficiency with design tools and workflows for digital and print deliverables.

Experience updating websites, preferably with WordPress.

Experience supporting campaigns and content within marketing platforms, preferably HubSpot.

Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and manage changing priorities.

Strong attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines.
