Summary The Account Executive with ReVive Skincare will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, brand awareness, and retail excellence across a designated territory. This individual will be responsible for managing key retail partners, leading training and education efforts, executing in-store events, and ensuring consistent brand standards in both visual merchandising and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is both analytical and relationship-driven, with a refined understanding of luxury skincare and a passion for building prestige beauty businesses.
Key Responsibilities Drive sales to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals within the assigned territory.
Develop strong relationships with retail partners (e.g., Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bluemercury) to maximize door productivity and market share.
Analyze POS data and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies in alignment with national goals.
Retail & Account Management Serve as the primary point of contact for all field-level activity, communications, and support within accounts.
Maintain brand standards across merchandising, sampling, and promotional initiatives.
Collaborate with store management to plan and execute compelling in-store events and activations.
Ensure timely execution of new launches, replenishment, and stock rotation.
Education & Training Deliver best-in-class product education, brand storytelling, and selling techniques to Beauty Advisors and store teams.
Host regular seasonal training sessions to maintain product knowledge and client service excellence.
Serve as a brand ambassador by embodying the values and aesthetic of ReVive in all field interactions.
Reporting & Analytics Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports, including qualitative insights and performance summaries.
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of events, training, and in-store activations to inform future strategies.
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
3–5 years of field sales or account management experience in the luxury beauty or skincare industry
Established relationships with key department store and specialty retail partners a plus
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools; Salesforce experience is a plus
Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
