Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for media agency partners, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Drive sales of advertising and media projects, ensuring campaigns meet clients’ goals and expectations.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, operations, analytics) and external agencies to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality campaigns on time and on budget.
Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to clients and agencies.
Identify new business opportunities with existing and potential media agency partners.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or project management in advertising, media, or marketing.
Strong understanding of media planning and buying processes (digital & traditional).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.
Experience working with multicultural media agencies is preferred.
