This is a hands‑on, collaborative leadership role for a creative who can champion ideas, elevate execution across channels, and guide teams to do their best work.
- 10+ years of experience at a creative or advertising agency
- Proven leadership on video‑first advertising, including paid social, CTV, and digital
- Strong understanding of prospecting and retargeting, with the ability to translate big ideas into channel‑specific executions
- 2+ years of people management, including mentoring, performance feedback, and building strong creative workflows
- Based in the greater Tampa Bay area (not accepting remote applicants)
What You’ll Do
- Own creative direction for integrated advertising campaigns, from concept through execution
- Turn big, brand‑building ideas into effective, channel‑native work across paid social, CTV, digital, and emerging platforms
- Lead video for campaigns from concept through post‑production, ensuring high craft, clarity, and consistency
- Partner closely with strategy, account, and production to deliver work that is award‑worthy, performance‑driven, and strategically sound
- Lead creative presentations and client conversations, confidently defending ideas, navigating feedback, and guiding work forward
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to writers, designers, and art directors, helping grow talent and elevate the overall quality of work
- Build and maintain efficient advertising workflows that balance great thinking with speed, scale, and consistency
What You Need
- Portfolio featuring integrated campaigns with standout video, paid social, and digital executions
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, grow talent, and maintain high creative standards across multiple projects
- Strong design craft with a sharp eye for modern visual systems and storytelling
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (design, motion, and video); Figma a plus
- Collaborative, optimistic leadership style with a bias toward action and solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, design, communications, or a related field
