Must‑Haves

Online portfolio showcasing award‑winning creative

Paid social and TV integrated campaign experience

Video expertise from concept through post‑production

Strong design craft that brings ideas to life

What You’ll Do

Develop bold, story‑driven concepts

Grow brands through integrated campaigns across video, photo, and design

Create for modern channels including CTV, social, and digital

What You Need

5–8 years at a creative or advertising agency

Portfolio demonstrating strong video, digital, social, and branding work

Collaborative mindset, positive attitude, and hunger to learn

Degree in advertising, design, communications, or a related field

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Ps, Ai, Ae, Pr, Id); Figma a plus

Live in the Tampa Bay area (Not accepting remote applicants)
