Inside Sales Representative – El Segundo, CA
We are seeking an energetic, resourceful Inside Sales Representative who can take prospects through the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
Responsibilities
Make 50-60 cold calls per day and conduct follow‑up communication via phone and written channels.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting potential clients to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Skills and Experience
B2B sales experience preferred (at least 6 months).
Automotive and social media experience (plus).
Excellent phone and written communication skills.
Outstanding time management and multitasking ability.
Strong initiative, follow‑up skills, and product retention focus.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
Qualifications
Strong hunter mentality.
Self‑motivated.
High attention to detail and strong organization.
Compensation & Benefits
$50,000 base salary, with top reps earning $80,000+ total compensation.
Uncapped commission incentives paid monthly.
