Account Executive
Account Executives are responsible for demonstrating the product and closing opportunities at mid‑market and enterprise companies worldwide. They act as a trusted advisor to help clients understand how our solution can provide attribution, help them grow their business, and deliver a robust communications platform that unifies sales, marketing, and operations.

Responsibilities

Conduct sales demonstrations online and in person with companies interested in purchasing our software.

Respond to inbound sales inquiries to engage them, answer questions, sell against competitors, and win business.

Drive outbound pipeline generation, with clear expectations around sourcing and creating new opportunities.

Proactively identify, research, and engage target accounts through strategic outbound efforts (email, calls, LinkedIn, etc).

Identify logos to target and grow outbound channel; attend networking events.

Attend conferences around the country showcasing our product and engaging new leads.

Continuously manage prospects within the pipeline, provide solution‑based strategies, understand core verticals, and progress deals through all stages of the funnel.

Nurture clients through the onboarding phase to ensure adoption and client success.

Grow the existing spend of your current customers by suggesting features and functionality that will best serve their objectives, ensuring growth of account and retention (low churn) until transferred to our Customer Success Team.

Target 5‑7% of inbound client base as outbound leads.

Engage and reactivate lost opportunities.

Participate in key projects with marketing to identify new sources of leads and create campaigns to engage leads in the pipeline.

Work towards monthly and quarterly revenue targets, work with management and marketing to close gaps, devise plans to achieve goals, and monitor progress.

Qualifications

Degree in business or marketing is preferred.

2+ years of experience with commercial clients in either an account management or sales role required.

2+ years experience in software or telecom sales.

2+ years experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.

A demonstrable track record of consistent sales achievements.

Mastery of client responsiveness and immediacy in working pipeline.

A positive attitude, driven to learn technology, our customers’ businesses, and new skills.

Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with anyone effectively.

Strong attention to detail and organization.

Benefits

The expected salary range for this role may differ based upon the candidate. Salary presented with a job offer will be based on factors such as calibrated job level, educational background, prior work experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.

Commissions are paid on a quarterly basis.

Quarterly bonuses up to 15% of that quarter’s salary when revenue goals are reached.

Annual merit increases for meeting expectations.

Hybrid work schedule with Mondays and Fridays as work‑from‑home days, and eligibility for Summer Fridays after 5 years of service.

Generous Paid‑Time‑Off policy allowing up to 30 days per year, depending on tenure.

Two work‑from‑anywhere weeks per year, with additional weeks earned with tenure.
