Role Overview

As a Sales Account Executive , you’ll be at the forefront of our US growth journey - driving momentum and making a real impact. You’ll uncover new business opportunities, build meaningful relationships, and close high-value deals that power our expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and close new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets

Grow the sales pipeline through a mix of inbound lead handling and outbound prospecting

Conduct face-to-face and virtual client meetings, responding to queries and presenting tailored solutions

Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts

Collaborate with the Managing Director and Client Services team to ensure smooth handovers and strong client onboarding

Maintain a strong understanding of IDHL’s services, processes, and commercial positioning

Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to inform outreach and strategy

What We’re Looking For

Extensive B2B sales experience, ideally within a digital agency environment

Experience selling SEO, PPC, or broader digital marketing services is a plus

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify and maximise opportunities

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Confident engaging with senior decision-makers

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Right to work in the US

Performance‑based, uncapped commission with strong earning potential

Vacation buy/sell back – can buy back or sell back up to 5 days per year

Flexible & hybrid working - c.2 days working from NYC office per week

Individual Employee Healthcare with $500 deductible – 100% paid by company, plus dental and vision plans

Option for employee to pay to add partner or family
