Position Title: MARKETING SPECIALIST - RICHMOND, VA

Salary: $68,000 - $70,000 / yr

Job Summary
Restaurant Associates is seeking a hospitality‑obsessed, food & beverage MARKETING SPECIALIST to join our team. The role is responsible for all site‑level marketing activities, including advertising and promotions, collaborating closely with clients and management to produce marketing programs and impactful collateral. The position supports a sizeable dining campus encompassing food hall concept, corporate catering, full‑service café operations and more. This is a full‑time on‑site role.

Key Responsibilities

Research, develop, and implement marketing and merchandising programs to increase participation and brand awareness.

Develop marketing action plans and collateral to support all new programs.

Provide hands‑on support for set‑ups of culinary, marketing, and retail innovation implementations at the account.

Maintain and update POS and digital screens throughout food halls and cafés.

Manage the CoStar Group Brand Store, including setup, ordering, inventory, merchandising, and staffing.

Develop annual business plan marketing objectives and onsite signage programs.

Develop and manage local partnerships, including onsite promotions.

Partner with the culinary team to implement merchandising, marketing, and operational guidelines for new and existing food programs.

Update or create design jobs as necessary using design software for Café’s at Home program.

Maintain the dining and catering websites.

Maintain social media platforms and build café participation through these channels.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; merchandising and/or marketing experience required.

Effective written and oral communication skills; proactive communicator who builds strong partnerships.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint); Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus.

Minimum of three years of marketing experience, preferably in the food & beverage industry.

Ability to present effectively to large groups, communicating clear marketing objectives and expectations.

Knowledge of merchandising and promotions; understanding of F&B operations through the guest’s lens.

Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and partner effectively.
