Retention & CRM Manager This venture builder is looking for a Retention & CRM Manager in the partner business TENTENS Tech — a role responsible for developing the product's retention strategy and systematic growth in user return.
TENTENS Tech is a partner IT company of SKELAR, a Ukrainian venture builder that develops international tech businesses. We create social discovery platforms for over 20 million users worldwide. The challenges ahead include:
Developing and implementing a retention marketing strategy.
Generating, prioritizing, validating, launching, and analyzing a large number of hypotheses regarding retention logic channels.
Systematically working to improve key product metrics related to user activation, retention, and return.
Developing recommendation logic for sending emails, SMS, and web push in our own ESP system.
Launching and developing new user retention channels.
Conducting regular user and market research to find new product growth points.
Responsibility for strategic development in the area and active participation in forming departmental goals.
What is important to us:
Must have:
At least 2 years of experience in product management, user growth, or retention/CRM initiatives.
Analytical thinking and the ability to make data-driven decisions (collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to improve the product and strategic planning).
Skills in creating technical tasks for development.
Successful cases of achieving business goals through testing product hypotheses.
High competence in working with product metrics and improving them through hypotheses.
Leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and proactivity.
Nice to have:
Practical experience in email or retention marketing.
Experience in creating marketing strategies.
