We are currently looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to help us raise the bar together.
Quickly dive into the processes of the creative factory and performance marketing
Learn to form hypotheses based on metrics rather than just intuition
Learn to distinguish "beautiful" creative from "effective"
Do a lot of resource management and find the most effective ideas
Give clear specifications to designers
Scale the creative factory and test the most creative ideas
What you will influence:
The full life cycle of creativity — from idea and hypothesis to scaling and burnout
Which creatives the UA team launches and what exactly goes into traffic
Business metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) through systematic work with the creative
What is important to us:
Analytical thinking and curiosity about numbers
Basic understanding of performance marketing or a strong desire to quickly dive into it
Responsibility for your direction and working for results
Willingness to bring the most unconventional ideas to life
Proactivity and constant generation of cool ideas
It will be an advantage:
Experience launching ads on Meta / TikTok / Google
Understanding how a hypothesis and test are built
Experience working with creatives (UGC, video, static)
