Account Manager- Lawrence, KS Job Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, meeting and exceeding product sales goals

Identify opportunities to expand accounts through new custom product offerings and branded merchandise solutions

Develop new business within a product-driven sales environment

Guide clients through product options, materials, decoration methods, and order processes

Travel every 4-6 weeks to meet with existing clients and prospect new accounts; minimum four on-site visits to key accounts annually

Track sales activity, forecasts, and opportunities within the pipeline

Partner with internal production and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of client orders

Address client needs and recommend product solutions that align with their brand and business goals

Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows

Account Manager- Lawrence, KS Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field preferred

2-4 years of B2B sales or account management experience in a product-based environment (selling physical goods strongly preferred)

Experience working with custom products, branded merchandise, or tangible goods is a plus

Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills

Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective product solutions

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); CRM or ERP experience is a plus

Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance required
