The web team is looking for an SEO Manager, Brand Visibility for Adobe’s Enterprise business, one of the leading B2B offerings globally. Become an integral part of a team that focuses on making Business.adobe.com a world‑class experience for all site visitors – from consumers to enterprise customers, partners and investors – across the entire customer journey.
We seek an experienced search expert with B2B marketing experience who understands search engines and newer agentic search surfaces (LLMs). The goal is to connect customers and prospects to Adobe’s enterprise products and solutions.
As a goal‑oriented, data‑driven professional, you will partner with seasoned SEOs and marketing experts, master cross‑team collaboration, and address business goals through key opportunities identified by data. You will work alongside Analytics, Product and Content teams to develop innovative experiences, optimizing for both SEO and GEO.
In this role you will craft GEO‑led content strategies for Adobe‑owned web properties that align with customer intent, search and industry trends, and Adobe’s broader marketing goals. You will collaborate with marketing teams to ensure strategies align with the team’s and business’s big bets.
What you’ll do
Use data, customer and competitive insights, and standard methodologies to find opportunities to drive GEO strategy across web and marketing teams.
Partner with analytics & insights teams to research search intent and demand, using tools like Semrush, Google Search Console, and LLM Optimizer.
Collaborate with SEO partners and marketing teams to optimize existing content and lead the creation of new content, aligning customer needs with GEO/search standard methodologies and driving increased citations and brand visibility.
Analyze GEO performance, identify key trends, report on impact, and spot opportunities to scale initiatives.
Stay ahead of LLM‑powered search evolution and new marketplace advancements in tools, technical setup and emerging opportunities.
Develop a roadmap, adjust processes for integrating GEO priorities, and prioritize work against the roadmap.
Understand business and product strategy, present and influence decision making at senior leadership levels.
What you need to succeed
MBA or equivalent experience preferred, or BA/BS with minimum of 3 years in digital marketing or equivalent business experience.
Ideally 6–8 years of SEO experience; minimum 3 years working on enterprise‑scale websites.
Understanding of B2B e‑commerce strategy, marketing tactics and sales process.
Proficiency in on‑page SEO, including keyword optimization, structured content, and user‑focused search experiences; experience with GEO in conjunction with SEO.
Analytical orientation with strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, and the ability to frame issues, drive analyses and make clear, impactful recommendations.
Attention to detail, strong project management capabilities and the ability to prioritize multiple ad‑hoc requests.
Ability to move between high‑level strategy and day‑to‑day implementation.
Creative problem‑solving mindset and willingness to propose out‑of‑the‑box solutions.
Experience with enterprise websites, terminology and work environments preferred.
Ability to articulate ideas in SEO/GEO content documentation, write detailed POV documents, decks and more; familiarity with JIRA and Workfront is a plus.
Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work independently and within a team.
Familiarity with popular SEO industry tools and resources including Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, and Semrush.
