Role Overview We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with a hands-on approach to executing and optimizing Paid Media campaigns (Meta Ads and Google Ads). This role is responsible for managing the full campaign lifecycle—from segmentation to scaling—while driving performance through data analysis, testing, and continuous optimization.
The ideal candidate has a strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze key metrics such as CPL, CPA, and CTR to identify improvement opportunities. This role also involves building and optimizing landing pages with a conversion-focused approach, as well as leveraging tools like Looker Studio and AI-driven automations to improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end execution, optimization, and scaling of Paid Media campaigns (Meta Ads and Google Ads)
Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily using key metrics (CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate) to identify insights and optimization opportunities
Design, build, and optimize landing pages with a strong focus on conversion (CRO and UX principles)
Plan and execute A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and copy to maximize performance
Create and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio for KPI tracking and reporting
Continuously improve campaign performance through data-driven decision-making and testing
Technical Skills Hands-on experience managing Paid Media campaigns (Meta Ads & Google Ads), including campaign structure, segmentation, and budget allocation
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
Proven experience running A/B tests (creatives, audiences, copy) with an iterative improvement approach
Experience building and optimizing landing pages with a solid understanding of CRO, UX, and conversion principles
Proficiency in Looker Studio for reporting and dashboards
Familiarity with generative AI tools and basic automations to streamline workflows
