Account Executive

The Account Executive is responsible for managing the complete sales cycle in the B2C segment, from the first contact with leads to the closing of opportunities. This role works with leads generated by the marketing team and is responsible for managing its own commercial pipeline.
Responsibilities

Manage and close B2C sales opportunities
Execute the complete sales cycle: prospecting, follow-up, and closing
Follow up on qualified leads generated by marketing
Record commercial activity in the CRM
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Manage and optimize the commercial pipeline
Maintain constant communication with prospects and customers
Collaborate with internal teams to improve the sales process
Requirements

Experience in sales or commercial roles
Experience selling digital products or services
CRM tool management
Knowledge of the B2C sales cycle
Experience managing sales pipeline and forecast
Negotiation and closing skills
Desirable

Experience in SaaS environments
Familiarity with commercial automation tools
Experience working with inbound leads
Experience in consultative sales
