Position Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Marketing and Sales Manager to bridge the gap between brand storytelling and revenue growth. This is a high-impact leadership role designed for a strategic thinker who views every challenge as an opportunity to build a more seamless customer journey. You are not just managing a department. You are the architect of growth, responsible for turning curiosity into commitment and leads into lifelong partners.

What You'll Do:

Design and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with our core brand standards.
Lead and inspire the sales and marketing teams to reach new heights of professional excellence.
Conduct deep market research to identify trends, competitor dynamics, and actionable growth insights.
Oversee the entire sales pipeline, ensuring every lead is vetted for quality and high intent.
Bridge the gap between creative design and data analysis to optimize the user experience flow.
Provide consistent, compassionate, and constructive feedback to team members to foster a culture of prosperity.
Maintain departmental health by managing budgets, forecasts, and talent development.
Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all messaging evokes a powerful response from our ideal clients.
What we're looking for: High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of professional experience in sales or marketing (experience in both is highly preferred)
Ability to dissect complex data to find patterns, gaps, and meaningful insights
A deep understanding of human drivers, incentives, and the customer journey funnel
A motivator who leads by example and possesses the mental fortitude to stay the course
Digitally literate with the ability to quickly master and document new software systems
Proficiency in Google Workspaces
Persuasive, emotionally intelligent, and capable of impact focused communication
High attention to detail with an uncompromising commitment to accuracy.

Pay: Salary, $48,000 - $54,000 per year, based on experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
