Marketing Manager
You are a polished, creative, and highly organized marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment, managing a wide range of projects that support brand visibility, guest engagement, and revenue-driving initiatives. You communicate effectively across teams and with external partners, anticipating needs, resolving issues, and ensuring campaigns, activations, and communications are executed seamlessly and with strong attention to detail. With a proactive mindset and strong project management skills, you help bring the hotel's story to life in ways that are strategic, polished, and aligned with brand standards.
Responsibilities
Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, on-property, and promotional channels.
Manage project timelines, marketing calendars, and cross-department coordination to ensure seamless execution and brand consistency.
Support partnerships, activations, programming, and media opportunities through strong organization, communication, and on-site coordination.
Assist with website updates, email marketing, social media publishing, creative asset development, and performance reporting.
Maintain professional, friendly, and engaging service standards within the marketing department.
Execute marketing plans and programs in conjunction with the Sales department to ensure profit growth.
Oversee all marketing initiatives for the hotel.
Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities.
Plan and oversee the hotel’s advertising and promotion activities—including print, electronic, social media, and direct mail.
Communicate with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns.
Work with the Public Relations department and any outside agencies to oversee copywriting, design, layout, and the production of promotional materials.
Follow the annual budget and administer that budget in a fiscally responsible manner.
Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs while following departmental policies and safety procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
University/College degree in a related discipline required or equivalent work experience.
Previous leadership experience within marketing required.
Exceptional organization and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working across departments, with agencies, and with external partners.
Experience in marketing campaign execution, content creation, digital marketing, and event or activation support.
Proficiency in Canva or similar creative tools, with an eye for polished, brand-aligned marketing materials.
Ability to work at a fast pace, under pressure and stress.
Proficient in all major social media applications including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
Highly responsible and reliable.
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
Benefits
Salary Range: USD $75,000 – USD $80,000 gross.
