Role Description
We are seeking a creative Social Media & Marketing Manager/Specialist to support brand growth across both North America and China markets. This role will be responsible for managing social media platforms, executing content strategies, and driving customer engagement through both organic and paid channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, understands cross‑cultural audiences, and can balance creativity with analytical thinking in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
Manage and operate company social media accounts across North America and China markets, including daily content planning, posting, and engagement to enhance brand visibility and user interaction.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions), and develop data‑driven marketing and paid media strategies to improve traffic acquisition and conversion efficiency.
Create and produce marketing content, including posters, visuals, and promotional materials, to support local store marketing initiatives and brand campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to support localized marketing needs across North America, ensuring consistency in brand image and messaging.
Participate in brand promotion and campaign planning, contributing to content strategy and execution across different markets.
Support the development of brand growth and localization strategies tailored to the North American market, driving synergy between online traffic and offline store performance.
Qualifications
Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation (F&B or retail experience preferred).
Bilingual in English and Chinese is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, RedNote, etc.).
Experience in content planning, campaign execution, and brand marketing initiatives.
Ability to analyze performance metrics such as impressions, engagement, and conversion rates.
Familiarity with paid media strategies and ad campaign optimization is a plus.
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) for creating marketing materials.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
A strong interest in coffee culture and brand building.
