Campaign Manager Location: Chicago, IL (Primary) or Austin, TX (Secondary) – Hybrid (Minimum 3 days/week in-office) Experience Required: Minimum 6 years in digital advertising and programmatic campaign management
Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned Digital Advertising & Programmatic Specialist to join our growing advertising team. This role requires an experienced professional with deep expertise in digital media, campaign execution, programmatic platforms, and strategic client advisory. You will collaborate cross-functionally with vendors, internal teams, and sales to ensure high-performing campaign execution and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities Advise clients on targeting strategies based on campaign goals and performance insights
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including inventory reservation and creative scheduling
Coordinate production and delivery tasks with preferred vendors
Ensure on-time campaign launches and ongoing monitoring of campaign pacing and performance
Troubleshoot and resolve production, delivery, and billing issues
Recommend and execute post-sale optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness
Partner with Sales to develop post-campaign performance reports and insights
Meet/exceed team metrics for timely, high-quality service delivery
Participate in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency
Required Technical Skills (in order of importance) Programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP)
Ad operations & trafficking (e.g., Google Ad Manager, CM360)
Data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Looker Studio, Tableau)
Campaign management and troubleshooting experience
CRM & workflow tools (e.g.
