Position Overview
This is a full-time, entry-level to intermediate role for someone who wants to build a career in digital marketing.
You don’t need to know everything—but you do need to be:

You’ll start by supporting day-to-day marketing efforts and grow into owning campaigns, performance, and strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing Website & Basic Design Update website content, pages, and promotions
Assist with landing pages and layout improvements
Learn how to improve user experience and conversions

Social Media Help create and schedule posts
Capture content (photos/video) from the field when needed
Maintain consistent brand voice and engagement

Advertising Support Assist with Google Ads and social media campaigns
Learn how to track performance and adjust campaigns
Support promotions and seasonal campaigns

SEO Basics Help optimize website content for search engines
Support Google Business profile updates and local SEO efforts
Learn keyword research and implementation

Analytics & Tracking Help track leads, campaign performance, and basic metrics
Assist in reporting what’s working and what’s not

What We’re Looking For Interest in digital marketing (school, self-taught, or early experience)
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable with technology and learning new tools
Good communication skills
Someone who takes initiative instead of waiting to be told
Nice to Have (But Not Required) Experience with social media platforms
Basic knowledge of websites (WordPress, Wix, etc.)
Canva, Adobe, or other design tools
Video editing or content creation
Any exposure to ads, SEO, or analytics
