Job Summary/Description

WVLT-TV is seeking a strategic and hands‑on Multimedia Sales Manager. In this position, you will help to grow revenue, expand our digital footprint, and build a high-performing sales team that delivers customer‑centric advertising solutions.
Duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to

Must be a highly organized individual
Must possess a positive and energetic attitude
Work in tandem with the Director of Sales and other Multimedia Sales Managers on revenue generation strategy and forecasting
Help grow New Local Direct business through broadcast and digital opportunities
Recruit, hire, and train Digital‑Focused Multimedia Executives
Develop a steady stream of new business across all of our platforms
Attend CNAs and pitches regularly with Multimedia Executives
Employ a servant leadership sales culture where support, accountability, and winning drive our success
Qualifications/Requirements

Advanced Leadership Skills
Have a positive and energetic attitude
Ability to translate and communicate problems into opportunities
Expert Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Social Media, etc.
Deep expertise in digital advertising products and strategies (display, video, programmatic, social, SEM, SEO, e‑mail marketing, and OTT/CTV are your playground)
Previous media sales management experience preferred but not required; experience in the field is needed
Loves to achieve and win
