🚀 Hiring: Senior Account Executive | NYC Hybrid
I’m hiring a Senior Account Executive for their growing sales team — and this is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a true hunter-style, full-cycle sales environment.
This role is focused on selling sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities to B2B solution providers across our conference portfolio in EdTech, Healthcare Tech, Higher Ed, and GovTech.

💼 What the role looks like:
- Full-cycle sales: prospect, pitch, close, and grow accounts
- Multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, cold calls, email)
- Short 1–2 week sales cycle
- Average deal size: $15K–$20K
- Weekly activity KPIs + monthly revenue quotas
- Attend 3–4 conferences/events annually (fully covered travel)
- Manage relationships for upsells and renewals
🎯 What they’re looking for:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience in events/conferences, media, market research, or similar industries
- Strong self-generated pipeline experience
- Proven quota attainment
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- CRM experience (HubSpot is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
💰 Compensation:
- Base: ~$70K–$90K
- OTE: $110K–$130K+
- Uncapped commission
📍 Location: Hybrid in Manhattan (2–3 days/week in office)
