About Role
As the Sales Executive for Veve, you will be at the forefront of the North American “Performance Driven Selling” initiative. You will be responsible for expanding our advertiser base by focusing on measurable outcomes (CPA, CPI, CPC). You will engage with performance‑focused media agencies and direct‑to‑consumer brands to deliver high‑ROAS digital campaigns. This role requires a data‑first mindset, where your success is measured by your ability to turn untapped OEM and browser inventory into a primary growth channel for your clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
Performance Sales Leadership: Drive advertising sales for Veve in North America, focusing on performance‑based business models (CPI, CPA, CPL, CPC).
Strategic Acquisition: Identify and acquire new advertisers and performance agencies looking for incremental reach beyond Google and Meta.
Performance Consulting: Use a “Performance Driven Selling” approach to map Veve’s unique inventory (Tiles, Lock Screen, Minus‑1 Screen) to client KPIs like sales, app downloads, and user registrations.
Revenue Ownership: Own and exceed aggressive revenue targets through a high‑velocity sales pipeline and proactive client engagement.
Data‑Driven Pitching: Develop sophisticated proposals and deal simulations that demonstrate clear ROI and cost‑efficiencies compared to traditional channels.
Campaign Optimization: Partner with internal Account Managers to monitor live campaign performance, ensuring client benchmarks are met and budgets are scaled based on performance signals.
Market Leadership: Represent Veve at industry events (e.g., Affiliate World, MAU) to establish the brand as the leader in OEM and Browser‑based performance marketing.
Required Skills
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in the online performance advertising industry (affiliate marketing, mobile UA, or programmatic performance).
Network: An established “rolodex” of decision‑makers in performance agencies and growth marketing teams at major brands.
KPI Fluency: Deep understanding of performance metrics—you should be able to discuss LTV, CAC, and ROAS as comfortably as CPMs.
Analytical Prowess: Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel & PowerPoint) to build complex business models, attribution simulations, and performance reports.
Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex AdTech infrastructure into a compelling ROI story.
DNA: Self‑motivated, “hunter” mentality, and a creative problem solver who can navigate the technical nuances of OEM and browser‑based tracking.
