TradeTrax is a construction jobsite intelligence platform built for the homebuilding industry. We help builders, trades, and installers move faster with less uncertainty — real-time scheduling, task management, job intelligence, and trade coordination across the full homebuilding supply chain.
As a Regional Account Manager at TradeTrax, you are the face of the platform to every builder and trade partner in your region. You operate across four core functions — Relationship Builder, Account Steward, Product Advocate, and Growth Engine — driving platform adoption, delivering measurable ROI, and growing the TradeTrax footprint through the trust you build every day.
This is a key role that goes beyond traditional account management. In close collaboration with our Managed Services team, you will leverage data-driven insights to optimize construction performance, compress cycle times, and deliver measurable operational outcomes — ensuring our customers realize sustained value from the TradeTrax platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Growth: Cultivate and expand high-value partnerships with production home builders and trade partners, deepening their integration with the TradeTrax platform.
- Strategic Execution: Develop and execute regional growth plans to meet builder and trade account objectives.
- Lifecycle Management: Partner with the Implementation team to ensure seamless new builder and trade customer implementations and own long-term account success and management post go live.
- Network Expansion: Leverage existing trade relationships to generate high-quality referrals and coordinate introductory meetings with new builder prospects.
- Data-Driven Consulting: Collaborate with Managed Services to translate complex performance data into actionable insights that customer stakeholders can use to optimize platform value and improve project outcomes.
- Stakeholder Health Management: Identify and manage promoter and detractor relationships across builder and trade organizations, proactively addressing at-risk stakeholders to protect platform adoption and account health.
- Product Advocacy: Capture and triage platform feedback from builders and trades in the field, distinguishing adoption-blocking issues from enhancement requests, and relay insights to the product team on a regular cadence.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor local construction market trends, competitive moves, and industry shifts in your assigned region to proactively manage risks and opportunities.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent TradeTrax at local industry events and trade shows to strengthen our brand and market presence.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain precise account data within HubSpot CRM and provide hands-on product guidance, training, and troubleshooting for users in the field.
Qualifications
- Industry Experience: 5+ years in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success, including at least 2 years in a SaaS environment.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in establishing and scaling multi-level organizational relationships with measurable ROI.
- Communication & Influence: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both executives and field-level users.
- Strategic Networking: A natural ability to build and leverage professional networks to drive business development.
- Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in deriving strategic insights from data to inform customer decision-making.
- Adaptability: A flexible approach to problem-solving that aligns with the fast-paced, dynamic needs of the construction sector.
- Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs.
- Mobility: Ability to travel regularly to customer offices, active job sites, and other locations as necessary.
Additional Preferred Knowledge & Expertise
- Experience in a SaaS environment specifically supporting the Construction industry.
- Deep understanding of residential homebuilding processes, and construction fundamentals.
- Familiarity with trade management, scheduling, procurement, and project execution.
Note: TradeTrax is headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ. This position will be based remotely in Charlotte, NC. The successful candidate will work remotely from home and in the field within their assigned region.
