Liberty Personnel is partnered with a Top AM Law Firm seeking to add a Business Development Manager within their Venture Capital practice group.

Responsibilities:

Support business development initiatives for the Venture Capital practice, including client development, marketing activities, and strategic projects

Collaborate with partners and practice leadership to identify opportunities that enhance the practice’s visibility and competitive positioning

Assist with the preparation of pitches, proposals, and related client-facing materials

Coordinate with internal teams to support practice group initiatives, events, and thought leadership efforts

Monitor market, industry, and client developments relevant to venture capital and emerging companies

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.

5–8+ years of business development or marketing experience in a large law firm or other professional services environment.

Proven experience managing complex pitches and partner-driven initiatives.
