Metric Engineering is seeking a Content & Digital Marketing Coordinator to support and expand our brand presence across digital platforms. This role will focus on developing, creating, and managing content for social media, blogs, and digital channels while supporting recruiting and marketing initiatives for both Metric Engineering and Metric Consulting.

This position plays a key role in strengthening brand awareness, supporting talent acquisition efforts, and enhancing the company’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and publish content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

Create and manage blog content for Metric Engineering and Metric Consulting

Assist in planning and maintaining a consistent content calendar across digital platforms

Identify opportunities for new content formats, including short‑form video, employee features, and campaign‑based content

Social Media & Digital Management

Manage day‑to‑day posting, scheduling, and audience engagement across social platforms

Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements based on results

Stay up to date with social media trends, platforms updates, and content best practices

Recruiting & Employer Brand Support

Create targeted social media content for hiring initiatives and talent attraction efforts

Support recruiting campaigns and career‑focused messaging

Help showcase company culture, employee stories and workplace initiatives through digital storytelling

Brand & Marketing Support

Collaborate with the Branding team on campaigns and initiatives, and content development

Help maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across digital platforms

Support marketing needs tied to events, conferences, and community outreach

Qualifications

3‑5 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills

Experience managing social media platforms and scheduling tools

Basic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools

Interest or experience with video content creation editing is an asset

Creative, resourceful and proactive

Organized and detail‑oriented

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment

Strong sense of visual and brand awareness
