The Opportunity
We are hiring an Account Executive to join our growing sales team in Greenwich, CT. This is an entry‑level role designed for motivated, competitive individuals who want to build a career in advisory sales. You’ll be on the front lines of our business generating new opportunities, engaging decision‑makers, and helping organizations rethink how they manage energy. This is a fast‑paced, in‑office environment with direct exposure to senior team members and real earning potential early in your career.

What You’ll Do

Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)

Connect with decision‑makers and introduce Stanwich Energy’s services

Learn how energy markets work and how procurement strategies are structured

Support senior advisors in developing client solutions

Manage and track activity within CRM systems

Build relationships and maintain consistent follow‑up with prospects

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with professionals

Competitive, driven, and motivated to succeed in a sales environment

Highly organized with strong time management skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work full‑time in‑office in Greenwich, CT

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field)

No prior energy experience required. We’ll teach you the industry.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $50,000 to $60,000
