The UX Analyst will be part of the Digital Experience Team, supporting multiple project teams and contributing to the development of UX standards, style guides, and user experience best practices across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze user behavior, business requirements, and stakeholder input to create both low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.

Develop and refine wireframes based on user, stakeholder, and project team feedback.

Ensure designs align with established UX standards and contribute to defining new standards where needed.

Promote intuitive and user-centered design practices and validate implementation through reviews of developed interfaces within test environments.

Coordinate and support user research and feedback activities, including usability testing, surveys, interviews, and card-sorting exercises across various systems and applications.

Plan and facilitate virtual usability testing and user feedback sessions.

Analyze findings and present trends, recommendations, and insights to stakeholders and clients.

Research, develop, and review UX standards, style guides, and related documentation.

Required Skills

Experience in User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, or related fields.

Experience designing and documenting information architecture and interface concepts through low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.

Experience working with low-code platforms such as ServiceNow and Salesforce.

Hands‑on experience conducting usability testing, including preparing test plans and wireframes, facilitating sessions, analyzing results, and presenting findings.

Familiarity with user research methods such as surveys, interviews, and card sorting.

Ability to recommend user‑focused design solutions while balancing technical feasibility and business objectives.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain quality deliverables.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.

Preferred Skills

Experience with UX and prototyping tools such as Axure RP, Figma, and Claude.

Experience developing or maintaining design systems, style guides, or pattern libraries.

Experience researching and documenting UX standards and best practices.

Experience working within teams utilizing AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
