Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Programmer Analyst 3 (UI/UX Analyst) with a strong background in User Interface (UI) Design, User Experience (UX) Research, Accessibility, and Usability Testing. This role is focused on designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver accessible and visually engaging applications.

Note:

This is a UI/UX Design role and is not intended for software developer-based backgrounds.

Required Qualifications:-
3-5 years of experience in User Interface (UI) Design
3-5 years of experience conducting User Research
Degree or certification in:
Graphic Design
Interaction Design
User Interface Design
Or a related field
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects and experience
Ability to provide 2-3 professional references
Preferred Qualifications:-

Experience designing in alignment with established design systems and standards
Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines
Experience conducting usability testing
Experience performing ADA accessibility testing
Experience creating high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes
