Our client, a highly rated insurance carrier, is seeking a UX Analyst to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical professional who is passionate about user-centered design and creating intuitive digital experiences.

As a UX Analyst, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project leaders to understand user needs and translate requirements into effective design solutions. You'll play a key role in user research, information architecture, usability testing, and the creation of visual design concepts for web-based applications.

What You’ll Do

Partner with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and define user experience goals

Conduct user research activities including interviews, surveys, and usability testing

Analyze user feedback and research findings to identify opportunities for improving digital experiences

Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and information architecture deliverables

Develop visual design concepts and interface recommendations that align with business objectives and user needs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve usability challenges and recommend innovative solutions

Stay current with UX trends, usability standards, and best practices

Support the development and maintenance of web standards and design guidelines

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Information Architecture, or a related field preferred

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and web usability best practices

Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable recommendations

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills

Portfolio showcasing UX, UI, web design, or related project work
