PositionOverview:
The Marketing C oordinator, Loyalty & CRM is responsible fortheday-to-day management,execution,and creative development ofdigital andpromotional campaigns.This roleis critical to supportingthe end-to-end workflowfor email, SMS,push,and in-app channels- drivingtimelines, buildingcampaigns,coordinatingreviews,andsupporting the performancereportingof promotional campaigns.
Core Responsibilities:
Lead promotional campaignexecution.
Manage the day-to-day execution of multi-channeldigital campaigns,leveragingtheappropriate executionexperts as needed.
Own the set-up and build email, SMS, pushnotificationsand in-app communication via multipleactivation platforms.
Facilitateappropriate reviewsandQA ofpromotions andchannel communicationto ensureexecutional excellence.
Collaborate withLoyalty& CRM team, keeping the teaminformed at all phases of campaignsandproactivelyidentifyingpotentialrisksand roadblocks.
Serve as thecentral pointof contact for promotionalplans andsupportingdigitalcampaigns.
Manage themonthlypromotional calendar and communication withkey stakeholders todrivefieldawarenessand preparedness.
Collaboratewith marketing, coffeehouse operations, digital experience, guest relations and external partnersto gainalignment, setexpectations,andensure campaigns are supported andsuccessfullyactivated.
Support campaign reporting andanalytics.
Assistwith campaign reporting andanalytics, helpingidentifyinsights and recommendations forfutureoptimizations.
Skills andRequirements:
Excellent interpersonal,writtenand verbal communication.
Self-motivated, proactive with the ability to make quick adjustments in response to business needs.
Effective project management skills, witha high levelofattention to detail,organizationand accountability to deliver.
Highly collaborative, with an ability tosuccessfullywork across internal functions as well as withexternal partners to achieve results.
Demonstrated interest in loyalty,lifecycleandperformance marketing.
Qualifications:
Required:
1-2years' experience inProject Management,Marketingorrelevant field
Bachelor's degree in marketing,communicationsor related field.
Preferred:
Experience working with creative, agency and vendor partners.
Experience in email and mobile marketing platforms or Customer Engagement Platforms (CEP).
