Job Summary/Description
WBNG-TV, the CBS affiliate in Binghamton, NY, has an immediate opening for an on-air host/producer to lead a local community and client-focused show called Around the Tiers. They will host segments, produce live streaming content, and build deeper viewer connections.

Job Type:

Full-Time

$18.00 - $19.00/hr.

Responsibilities
The on-air host/producer will schedule a wide variety of guests to be interviewed both live and recorded, in-studio and on location. The role will involve producing content for on-air, online, mobile platforms, and live streams, guiding narratives, and ensuring seamless transitions between segments.

Qualifications & Requirements

Energetic, collaborative team attitude with a positive demeanor.

Ability to capture audience attention while on-air, guide narratives, and ensure seamless transitions between segments.

Strong writing and producing skills, with ability to meet deadlines.

Experience with non-linear editing and video shooting is a plus.
