Job Summary
WBNG‑TV, the CBS affiliate in Binghamton, NY, has an immediate opening for a bright, motivated on‑air host/producer to lead a local community and client‑focused show called Around the Tiers. They will host and produce segments, guest interviews live and recorded, in‑studio and on location, and produce content for on‑air, online, mobile platforms, and live streams.

Responsibilities

Schedule and conduct a wide variety of guests to be interviewed live and recorded, in‑studio and on location.

Produce content for on‑air, online, mobile platforms, and live streams.

Qualifications

Energetic, collaborative team attitude, greets each day with a smile.

Ability to capture audience’s attention while on‑air, guide narratives, and maintain seamless transitions between segments.

Strong writing and producing skills, able to create and deliver content under deadline pressure.

Experience with non‑linear editing and ability to shoot video is a plus.
