Schedule, Pay, Location Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $30.00-$38.00/hr. depending on experience
Location: Taylor, TX
Position Type: Full-time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities Create and update BIM models based on design documents.
Ensure models adhere to project standards and naming conventions.
Maintain organized and accurate models throughout all project phases.
Support model coordination across multiple disciplines.
Facilitate clash detection to identify potential design conflicts.
Collaborate with Coordinators and Leads regarding routing conflicts or missing data.
Execute revisions promptly based on markups, RFIs, and design changes.
Support QA/QC efforts by reviewing assigned views and correcting inconsistencies.
Requirements 0-3 years in BIM modeling or related field.
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Design, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with Revit or BIM tools.
Basic understanding of construction documents and design principles.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Physical Effort/Activities May be required to walk up to 5 miles per day, stand for 8-10 hours, and may involve bending, twisting, pushing/pulling, crouching, kneeling in confined spaces, working at heights, on a ladder, and lifting up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described are representative of those required to perform the essential functions of this job.
