QuantHub is hiring a high-performance Account Executive who thrives in fast-paced, high-velocity sales environments and consistently meets and exceeds quota.
This is not a passive, relationship-only higher ed role. We are looking for a true deal owner - someone who can take warm, high-intent opportunities (inbound + outbound), drive urgency, and move deals efficiently from first touch to close.
You will operate in a structured, AI-enabled sales motion, leveraging HubSpot, playbooks, and modern sales tools to maximize deal velocity and win rates.

What You’ll Own
Full-cycle sales ownership - from qualification through close
Drive deal velocity across a pipeline of warm-to-hot opportunities
Execute a structured sales process (BANT-driven, stage-gated, high accountability)
Run high-impact discovery + demo calls that convert
Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline in HubSpot (next steps, forecasting, deal hygiene)
Create urgency and control the buying process
Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, product, customer success) to accelerate deals
Consistently exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
What Success Looks Like
Consistently hits and exceeds quota
Maintains clean, accurate pipeline and forecast
Drives short, efficient sales cycles
Demonstrates strong deal control and closing ability
High conversion rates from SQL → Closed Won
Operates with urgency, discipline, and ownership
Qualifications
5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in:
SaaS
EdTech SaaS
Digital content / curriculum sales
Proven track record of:
Consistently exceeding quota
Managing and closing high-velocity deal cycles
Strong experience running full-cycle sales motions
Deep familiarity with HubSpot CRM (pipeline management, forecasting, activity tracking)
Must be willing and able to travel up to 40-50% of the time

$100,000 - $250,000 through uncapped commission
