About the Job Junior / Middle Graphic Designer Our client, an international company operating in the direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce sector and selling high-quality pet products in the USA, is looking for an experienced professional for the position of graphic designer on a full-time basis for remote work.
About You:
- Fine art education, understanding of composition, and the ability to capture style in products, design, and photography
- Quality portfolio with 3 or more projects in which you have completed various tasks
- Experience with printed products print/pre-print (preparing files for printing in various formats, Pantone, TIFF, PDF, Spot Color, etc.)
- Attention to detail, punctuality in terms of deadlines
- Team work experience, as we work on joint projects, love for meetings
- Ability to work under deadlines and multitask
- Willingness to accept criticism, stress resistance
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Lightroom, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma)
- Experience in retouching and with mockup (understanding how shadows work, how to layer them, composition, etc.)
- Understanding of the technological side of web design, printing, digital media, graphics, illustrations, and video animation
- Ability to work within a single brand style
- Responsibility, organization
- Ability to quickly solve problems, work with large amounts of information, prioritize in current tasks
- Understanding of modern trends in web and graphic design
- Ability to work with technical specifications and willingness to ask additional questions to achieve the best result
Area of Responsibility:
- Generate, create, and implement ideas and visual concepts, participate in the creative process
- Develop concepts and design materials for various directions
- Printed materials (labels, product instructions)
- Creation and updating of existing design layouts
- Design of packaging for new and old products
- Partial development of logo and brand style
- Adaptation of advertising materials to different sizes
- Development of creatives for promotions and discounts
- Key visual for communication materials
- Photo retouching
- Preparation and verification of PDF files for printing according to manufacturers' requirements
- Understanding how to work with mockups
Additional Plus:
Basic knowledge of Figma. Minimal knowledge of animation (After Effects)
