We are seeking a talented Junior/Middle Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with the Art Director and Account teams to understand client briefs, brand direction, and communication goals. You will design various digital marketing materials, ensuring aesthetic quality and effective message delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members to understand project briefs and client requirements.
Design marketing materials including social media posts, banners, landing pages, and presentations.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.
Ensure designs are visually appealing and align with brand guidelines.
Stay updated on design trends and technologies to enhance creative output.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency setting.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of After Effects or Premiere is a plus.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work under time pressure.
