Our client seeks a temporary Sports Marketing & Sponsorship Professional to support a College Sports Brand Solutions team with sponsorship materials, internal tools, cross‑portfolio packages, and operational workflows. The role requires strong presentation development, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines across teams. The professional will collaborate with sales, marketing, and creative partners to maintain accurate assets and drive timely project execution. The assignment will contribute to sponsorship planning, storytelling, and cross‑portfolio alignment.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. For our W2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401(k) with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $70.00 to $75.00/hr. W2

Responsibilities

Assist with editing, updating, and fine‑tuning college football sponsorship opportunity decks with accurate, consistent storytelling.

Update and maintain internal college football sponsorship webpages aligned with business priorities.

Organize and submit weekly entries into intake and tracking systems with complete and timely information.

Provide project support for senior leadership, including ad‑hoc requests, research, tracking documents, and presentations.

Manage and fulfill social design requests with the College Football team and creative partners.

Submit and track linear sponsorship mock requests via project management tools such as Smartsheet, coordinating with creative teams for timely completion.

Build, update, and maintain Planning Guide templates and formats to support sponsorship planning and sales.

Assist with creation of cross‑portfolio sponsorship packages with internal partners across multiple content and media portfolios.

Experience Requirements

Experience in sports management, sports marketing, media, sponsorship sales, advertising, or related fields.

Strong proficiency in PowerPoint with presentation development, detail orientation, and brand consistency.

Experience using Smartsheet or similar project management tools.

Working knowledge of Excel for tracking, reporting, and organization.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication skills and comfort working cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, creative services, and leadership.

Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.

Self‑motivated and capable of working with limited supervision.

Familiarity with college football sponsorships or broader sports partnerships (preferred).

Experience supporting senior leaders or high‑visibility initiatives (preferred).

Understanding of media and linear/addressable sponsorships (preferred).

Prior experience within large media, advertising, or sports organizations (preferred).

Legal or contract‑related experience related to sponsorship or media agreements (preferred).
