ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts.
Job Summary
Sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50–999 employees. Manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP's suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and forecast sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
Close sales, win business, and reach sales goals while working independently and collaboratively across teams.
Implement a targeted sales strategy to business owners and decision‑makers, building a network to capture new business.
Document and manage multiple sales cycles, maintaining the process through implementation until new business is up and running.
Strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts, building long‑term relationships, and serving as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador.
Required Qualifications
Proven track record of closing sales and managing a territory.
Self‑starter with the ability to cold call, manage time, and present ideas professionally in writing, in person, and over the phone.
Comfortable taking risks and challenging the status quo.
Entrepreneurial spirit, resourcefulness, resilience, and leadership under pressure.
Ability to build relationships, act with integrity, and deliver on promises.
College degree preferred but not required; relevant experience such as two+ years of quota‑carrying B2B sales or three+ years in HCM or related technology sales.
Military experience valued.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building a network and using social media effectively for sales.
