Job Summary
Caterpillar offers an exciting opportunity for a Creative Consultant to manage creative projects from start to finish, including concept development, application, art direction, creative execution, and delivery. You will have creative control over graphic design for several valuable divisions within Caterpillar’s Corporate Services segment.

What You Will Do

Create informative and entertaining graphics, photographs, audio, video, and other visual elements for visual communication media.

Adhere to the company’s brand voice and serve as a resource for brand issues.

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to conceptualize projects, write briefs, obtain materials, finalize designs, and frequently communicate status with clients and stakeholders.

Partner with Strategy and Project Management teams to ensure all work delivers on the creative brief.

Oversee the work of other designers and producers, determining the overall visual style of messages.

What You Have

Creativity: Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for original thinking and ability to apply them across business situations.

Relationship Management: Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Effective Communications: Proficiency in communicating ideas, information, and needs using appropriate communication behaviors.

Collaboration: Knowledge of collaborative techniques and ability to work constructively with individuals and teams.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design and/or equivalent experience.

Additional Information

Primary location: Irving, TX.

Sponsorship not available.

International and domestic travel up to 5%.

Requirements
This position requires working onsite five days a week. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Summary Pay Range
$97,530.00 - $146,290.00
