About the Program
Optomi has launched a new program called Acadomi, designed to help recent college graduates launch their careers in the IT staffing industry. Beginning September 8, 2026, participants will receive hands‑on training, mentorship, and growth opportunities across our Atlanta, Charlotte, DC, and Dallas offices.
Responsibilities
Participate in a two‑month training program with experienced recruiters and account executives to develop skills in IT recruiting.
Work closely with a team lead to improve sourcing, interviewing, and candidate submission techniques.
Perform cold‑calling and prospect new business.
Build a foundation in Optomi’s recruiting and sales processes with the goal of becoming an account executive.
Account Executive Responsibilities
Connect with clients to understand their business needs through phone, meetings, and other interactions.
Establish and maintain strong partnerships by communicating how Optomi can partner with clients.
Act as point of contact for all hiring needs between client and recruiting team.
Build and grow your own book of business through effective communication.
Qualifications
0–1 year of professional experience (training provided).
Strong drive and determination.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to develop genuine relationships with customers and consultants.
MacBook Pro or MacBook Air for work purposes.
