You’re willing to put in the reps to be a domain expert.

You inspire others through the standard you hold for yourself.

What You’ll Do
Innovate
You stay on the frontier of paid media strategy and technology across both search and social. You combine data analysis and client feedback to develop strategic plans spanning Google Ads and Meta. You make tactical recommendations for targeting, messaging, and campaign optimization across platforms. You test constantly, investigate relentlessly, and adapt strategy based on statistical outcomes.

Create
You write compelling direct‑response copy for both search and social, build out campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, and ensure every initiative is launched on time, on budget, and built to win. You use historical data to guide decisions and find hidden solutions others miss. Attention to detail, proactive problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making are non‑negotiable.

Own
Kpis are your bread and butter. You see things through to the end, project monthly budgets for each account, back every recommendation with data, and communicate results clearly to clients and teammates. You hold yourself to a high standard and share your learnings to elevate the buyers around you.
