This Digital and Graphic Designer produces digital and print‑ready graphic designs for Admissions recruiting and Enrollment Management, and also fulfills the design needs of on‑campus partners such as the Office of the President, Student Affairs, Academic Affairs, Office of Residential Life, Athletics, School of Theatre Arts, School of Music, and others. The role delivers effective, aesthetic, on‑brand and on‑strategy creative for digital outreach—including banner ads, social media graphics, email creative, brochures, print and digital advertising, and video graphics as needed by the University Videographer/Photographer. The position is full time and on‑campus. Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Associate Director of University Marketing Communications (UMC) and the Assistant Director of Enrollment Marketing to design and produce print and digital content for the Enrollment Management recruiting team, including key printed materials, digital graphics for emails and website, and advertising for digital banners, outdoor ads, and print.

Collaborate with IWU campus partners to design all printed and digital athletic projects—composite images, brochures, pocket schedules, posters—and materials for the School of Theatre Arts, School of Music, campus clubs, organizations, and special events.

Design materials that inspire pride and share opportunities with current students, faculty and staff; work closely with the Dean of Students on inclusion and advocacy materials; create logos, flyers, postcards for grants and campus banners, signage.

Work with the marketing team to update, collaborate, and complete projects on time; attend weekly meetings and collaborate with the Marketing Council and other team meetings; assist with other designers’ overflow tasks; share graphic resources for Slate integration.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a combination of education, experience and accomplishment.

One year related work experience required; three years’ experience in higher education preferred.

Proven experience with the Adobe suite of print and digital design software, a portfolio of digital and print design, and a history of collaborative team design approaches.
