Overview Position Overview – The Ticket Sales Account Executive is a front-facing, field-driven role focused on generating ticket revenue through relationships and consistent presence in the community. This is not a desk-based position. Success in this role comes from being out, meeting people, building connections, and converting those relationships into group and ticket sales.
Responsibilities Drive ticket revenue through proactive outreach and in-person relationship building
Focus on group ticket sales with local clubs, schools, businesses, and organizations
Attend community events, activations, and tabling opportunities to promote the organization and generate leads
Actively network in the community to build a strong pipeline of contacts and prospects
Follow up and close sales through a combination of in-person, phone, and email communication
Work closely with marketing and community engagement to align outreach efforts
Identify new opportunities through local presence and connections
Provide strong customer service and maintain relationships for repeat business
Represent the organization in a professional and engaging way at all times
Qualifications Strong communication and sales ability
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching people in person
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, active environment
Ability to build relationships and turn conversations into sales
Organized and able to manage leads and follow-ups
Willingness to work evenings and weekends, including events and matchdays
Previous sales experience preferred
