Job Summary
WKYT, home to Lexington's highest-rated newscasts, is looking for a Full-Time Videographer/Editor.

Responsibilities

Drive storytelling through photography, mastering wide, medium, tight shots.

Use microphones as tools for gathering sound and transporting people in time.

Take a script and make it sing with natural sound and visuals gathered in the field or from visual journalists.

Creative shooting and editing with next-generation cameras and laptop editors.

Remain a self-starter, ask questions, maintain a can-do attitude, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
Experience and skills in creative shooting and editing, a self-starter attitude, a willingness to ask questions, a can-do mindset, and the ability to work deadline-driven.
