Multi‑Site Community Consultant (Leasing Agent) – Briarstone & Bellamonte Apartments (Tacoma, WA)
Position Overview

Schedule – Tuesday to Saturday, 8am – 5pm PT; flexibility for additional hours may be required.

On‑site requirement: physical presence at job location during scheduled hours; must be able to commute or relocate before starting.

Property Information – Briarstone, 157‑unit garden‑style community (built 1993); Bellamonte, 120‑unit garden‑style community (built 1991).

Compensation Package – $23 to $25 per hour; monthly leasing bonuses; employer pays 85% of medical, dental, and vision premiums; 401(k) match; paid sick leave (1.33 hours per 30 hours worked); paid vacation (starting 2 weeks, increasing with tenure); 11 paid holidays, 2 personal holidays of choice.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years experience in customer service (required).

1+ year experience in multifamily/student housing within the last 10 years (preferred).

Knowledge of Federal Fair Housing, Landlord/Tenant, and ADA laws (preferred).

High school diploma or GED (required).

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Positive outlook and collaborative approach.

Shows responsibility and pride in work.

Fluent in English; strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Your Role

Tour units with prospective tenants, highlighting qualities and selling points.

Handle customer/tenant relations; ensure issues are addressed promptly.

Maintain knowledge of the current area market.

Prepare and maintain reports for managers.

Host community events, ensuring compliance with company Quality Standards.

Assist residents through the entire rental process.
