Summer Sales Internship Program
Brown & Partners Inc. invites motivated college students and future professionals to join our high‑energy sales team for the summer. This program offers real‑world experience in sales, leadership, communication, and business development while earning competitive pay.
Internship Responsibilities
Engage with customers using a micro‑targeted lead system
Manage territories throughout the Greenville/Upstate area
Work face‑to‑face with residential customers, small business owners, and community event attendees
Represent telecommunications and technology clients professionally
Build and maintain customer relationships
Assist with customer service for generated accounts
Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions
Contribute to a competitive and positive team culture
Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Comfortable working face‑to‑face with customers
Coachable and willing to learn
Positive, competitive attitude
Ability to work independently and with a team
Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Upstate area
Confidence in public speaking and presenting is a plus
Weekly Schedule
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
– Team Meeting & Training (Zoom)
1:30 PM – 7:30 PM
– In‑Person Field Work
Saturday – Optional / As Needed
