Senior Marketing Manager
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our growth and brand transformation in the U.S. market. This role owns the end-to-end marketing strategy, spanning long-term brand building, integrated marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will bridge global strategy with local execution, with full accountability for brand penetration, user transformation, revenue growth, and marketing P&L performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Market Expansion
Define and execute the long-term brand strategy and annual business plan for the U.S., establishing clear positioning and differentiated value propositions
Lead the expansion from niche segments into mainstream U.S. consumers, driving user structure transformation and penetration growth
Translate market insights into actionable growth strategies that accelerate market share and brand relevance
Own pricing strategy and AOV optimization, balancing growth, competitiveness, and profitability
2. Integrated Marketing & Brand Building
Own and lead end-to-end integrated marketing strategy (IMC) across paid, owned, and earned channels to ensure consistent messaging and maximum impact
Build brand authority through PR, third-party endorsements, influencer/KOL partnerships, and media strategy
Oversee high-impact 360° campaigns (product launches, seasonal moments, brand milestones) to drive awareness and demand
Establish and manage brand health tracking systems, continuously optimizing awareness, perception, and preference
3. Go-to-Market & Channel Marketing
Develop and execute channel-specific marketing strategies across key platforms (Amazon, retail partners, DTC)
Drive localized marketing plans aligned with U.S. regional and channel dynamics
Lead retail marketing excellence, including in-store experience, merchandising, and promotional execution
Build and manage a high-performing ecosystem of agencies, partners, and vendors
4. Digital Growth & User Lifecycle Management
Build and scale a full-funnel growth engine across digital channels (SEM, paid social, programmatic, SEO, CRM)
Develop lifecycle marketing strategies to improve acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value (LTV)
Leverage data and analytics to drive targeting, personalization, and conversion optimization
Lead content and social strategies aligned with U.S. consumer behavior and cultural context
5. P&L Ownership & Marketing Operations
Own the marketing P&L, ensuring efficient budget allocation and measurable ROI
Establish robust performance tracking systems (ROAS, CAC, conversion, attribution)
Build real-time dashboards and reporting frameworks to support decision-making and sales enablement
Drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and global teams to deliver business outcomes
6. Team Leadership & Organizational Development
Build, lead, and scale a high-performing, data-driven marketing organization
Define team structure across brand, digital, channel, and retail marketing functions
Develop strong talent pipelines and leadership bench strength
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and execution excellence
Job Requirements
8-10 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership position with full responsibility for brand and marketing strategy in the U.S. market.
Must have verifiable success cases in:
Rapidly increasing brand market share;
Successfully expanding into mainstream consumer segments and optimizing user mix.
Strong experience in brand system building, pricing strategy, integrated marketing, and P&L management.
Excellent leadership and organizational development skills, experienced in managing and mentoring teams of 5+ professionals, and adept at solving cross-functional challenges.
Exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking, able to lead teams to surpass goals in dynamic environments.
